I read the plan and it seems very comprehensive. I think that the time frame is the most reasonable part about it, as well as it actually being a plan.
I think a lot of institutions that try to do this same kind of thing, do not have a fully fleshed out plan on how to make it work. This comes from the fact that many institutions are unwilling to admit that they have a history deeply rooted in racism and privilege, and when they don’t do that, they are skipping a major component of correcting the course.
