In lieu of recent protesting and more specifically, the “riots” in Baltimore, let us take some time to think back on the birth of our nation and the struggles that people had to endure for the American Revolution. We do indeed have a history of violence in this country. There were protests, riots, and looting. Remember this? Sons of Liberty
the whole point about any of this is who are the ones that are telling the story. If I kick your dog I was justified, if you kick mine then I’m calling PETA.
So when the conversation is dictated by someone who has a vested interest in looking like the the victim, then that’s what they are going to portray, but we all know that if it was white people, the language wouldn’t be so harsh.
